it was fairly clean, staff was courteous. we spent 2 nights in double room with air freshener and smart tv plus balcony. the food served was decent.

This place is well-located, close to a quiet beach, and I loved the layout of our twin room with a smart TV and comfy bed.

I recently stayed at Canale Samui Resort and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the crowds and noise. The rooms are comfortable and the pool is lovely. The staff, especially the manager Chang Lo, are friendly and helpful. The hotel is also close to some nice restaurants. it was a great stay.

The hotel was located in a quiet area but still had restaurants and bars across the street. It was also only a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, while the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The private pool was a great feature, and it was very calming with no disturbance during our stay.

The shower in the room was not practical as the showerhead only extended to about a meter from the ground, making it difficult to shower standing up. in one of the rooms, there was a constant sound that resembled a washing machine, which was very disturbing and required the music to be turned up to the maximum volume.

This hotel is situated in a serene area with a plethora of restaurants and bars across the road. The beach is just a five-minute walk away, and you can reach central Chaweng within a 5-10-minute drive. The rooms are large, immaculate, and comfortable with great amenities like TVs and balconies overlooking the pool.

The breakfast spread leaves something to be desired.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! It’s in a quieter part of town but there are still plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, sparkling clean, and incredibly comfortable. The private pool is such a luxury, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - they really went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Our room on the second floor had some issues with noise - there was a constant humming sound that made it difficult to sleep at night. We also experienced some issues with the TV.

The Canale Samui Resort - Sha Extra Plus exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home. The boutique property had a peaceful atmosphere, tucked away from the crowds, but still conveniently close to some GREAT restaurants. We were lucky to have rooms with direct access to the pool, which was a real treat. The rooms themselves were comfortable and well-designed, and the bath was a nice touch. The car pick and drop service was efficient and reasonably priced. All in all, our stay was fantastic and we highly recommend this hidden gem!
